By accessing sparkly-nails.co.uk you agree to use the website as directed in these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, do not use or access this website.
Delivery Information
All orders are delivered first class by Royal Mail.
If ordered before 2pm we aim to despatch the same day (Mon - Fri), if after 2pm we aim to despatch the next working day. All orders should be received within five working days (UK only).
For UK Special Delivery you should receive the items by 1pm, the next working day, if ordered before 2pm (Mon - Fri Only). Please use this service for larger orders placed with us.
However, during postal strikes and public holidays delivery times may vary and this is out of our control.
In the event of missing items, we can only send out missing orders after two weeks of date of postage (UK) / after 25 days (rest of the world), and upon receipt of an email stating the missing order. This is due to Royal Mails policies on lost post.

£2.20 Signed For orders (suitable for larger orders)
£4.75 Special Delivery (next day by 1pm, suitable for larger orders)
All overseas orders have a postal charge of £2.75. (1st class).

Please complete the checkout fields and click on the pay by telephone tab at the bottom of the screen, we will then be able to see your order, and take your card details over the phone.
Due to staff holidays we will be unable to take telephone order between 13th to 22nd June.

On ordering, Sparkly Nails keeps contact information in order to allow them to contact individuals regarding future promotions. If you do not wish to be included in this mailing list, please email us. Your contact information will not be passed on to third parties.

Sparkly Nails have the right to amend, remove vary or terminate the content of the website at its discretion and without prior notice. This includes pricing and postage, and the terms and conditions.

We aim to ensure all descriptions and measurements of products are as accurate as possible. Every effort is made to provide you with images which are of a good representation of the product. However, colours may vary due to the lighting or the photography process.

Offers change frequently and the offers are only applied to products shown and purchased from the offers page. Should the same item be ordered off another page, no discount will apply.
Refunds / Returns
We will accept back and give a refund, on any products you may wish to return for a period of up to 10 days from the date of dispatch. This is subject to the product being returned in a re-saleable condition and the payment of carriage costs and a re-stocking fee of £5 by the customer.
Should a problem occur as a result of a faulty product or a mistake on our part within 10 days of dispatch, we will not charge a restocking fee and will refund all reasonable costs incurred by the customer upon proof of payment.
Safety
Majority of our nail art products contain small parts. It is the customer's responsibility to check the suitability of these items should they be purchased for children, as some products can be a choking hazard, or cause damage to property if not handled correctly (i.e. nail varnish).
Sparkly Nails does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss which occurs due to the products getting into the hands of a child. Should a child use these products it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are supervised by a responsible adult.
