Q: Do you have a printed catalogue for mailing?
A: No. Our entire catalog is online here at Sparkly-Nails.co.uk.We have new products in every few months so it is not viable to produce a printed catalogue. We do this by using simple packaging and making sure that all of our products are clearly displayed on our site.
Q: Why did my order arrive in a used box?
A: We at Sparkly Nails being concerned about the environment, reuse and recycle as much material as possible.
Q: I ordered a kit and expected it to be boxed.
A: If we boxed our kits, not only would the postage charges have to rise but it would require considerable more packaging. We try to keep packaging as simple as possible to reduce any waste. We are very conciencious about the environment and try our hardest to keep packaging and waste minimal. The kits do not show or state that they will be boxed.
Q: Do you have a shop I can visit?
A: We regret that Sparkly Nails' premises are not open to the public. Our shop is only available online.
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: Delivery information can be found here. You will receive email confirmation when your order has been despatched (usually same day if ordered before 2pm). All orders are sent by first class post but please be patient, especially during strikes or poor weather conditions.
